Dr. William Lamb is in his seventeenth year as a member of the administrative staff at Lee University (Cleveland, Tennessee) where he leads a diverse and global “service-learning” program for college students. He is founder and host of Servecast, a bi-weekly podcast episode.

In addition, he is an assistant professor of leadership development and teaches courses pertaining to Christian Benevolence and Global Missions in the School of Religion, teaches online courses in the areas of values-based and missional leadership, is a Gateway instructor for freshman classes, and is a lecturer in Lee's Summer Honors program. He leads international cross-cultural trips for students each year and taught at the seminary in Guatemala. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and volunteers as an emergency services chaplain. Lamb holds a BA in religious studies, an MA in Youth and Family Ministry, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership. He is the co-author of Answers to Questions Youth Workers, Parents, and Pastors Ask and is frequently published in the areas of service, teamwork, and leadership. Dr. Lamb is a TEDx speaker and shares in a variety of audiences including, business and not-for-profit sectors, as well as educational institutions, and churches. He is a past member of the Tennessee Governor’s Commission on Volunteerism and Service. Lamb runs marathons to support others and is on several boards and committees domestically and internationally. William and his wife Angela along with their three sons and daughters-in-law, Tyler and Megan, Nick and Katelyn, and Ben and Lexie, reside in Cleveland, TN. He is the proud papa of EverLee Grace Lamb.
